The Lewisham School Health Service has been commissioned by NHS England/Improvement to offer the vaccination programme for school-age children in the borough of Lewisham annually. They are currently planning for the new academic year 2022-2023 and will be delivering flu immunisation to all children from Reception to Year 6 on the 20^th October 2022.

The e-consent online link will be sent to school to share with parents by the mid-July 2022. All the information around the immunisation will be shared with parents via the link, and an Excel spreadsheet will also be provided requesting class list and contact details to enable a smooth process on the day. Please direct any questions to lg.shsimmunisation@nhs.net.

Parents who are unable to call or access the portal are encouraged to attend the drop-in session – this is to ensure all parents are given equal opportunity to give or refused consent as we no longer have paper consents. This will take place on 10^th October 2022 between 8:50am-10:50am at the school.
