On Monday, 10 February the Year 6 pupils are to arrive at normal school time (8.55am)
Please put luggage labelled with child’s name and school name.
Take travel sickness tablets if they need them (Coach Journey 1 ½ hours).
Bring a water bottle (preferably a reusable one for use throughout the trip).
Leave at approx 9:30am
There will be no stops.

Friends of Kender (FoK) is the name given to our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) here at Kender school. We are affiliated with Parentkind, the national umbrella organisation for PTAs, but all our work is for the benefit of the pupils and staff of Kender only. Our main aim is to raise funds to purchase items that would otherwise fall outside the school's budget. Friends of Kender also provides an informal social network for parents. We are a friendly bunch - so if you want to get to know more parents within the school, please do consider joining us!

We are writing to you today to invite you to our February Half -Term Sports Camp. We are HW School Skills, and we run the PE and After-School Sports Coaching providers at Kender Primary School. Your children will be familiar with coach Ryan, who will be running the Sports Camp this February 2020.
The Sports Camp will start on Monday, 17 February to Friday 21st February 2020 and will mirror the normal school day from 9:00AM to 3:30PM at Kender Primary School. The camp is available for Year Groups 1 to 6 not only from Kender, but all children in the community that would like to attend who are in Years 1 to 6.
Following a number of issues raised by parents about our previous supplier, we have changed our uniform supplier to Gooddies. Please see below the link to their website:

School census takes place this Thursday; Thursday 16th January. Please register if your child is eligible for ‘free school meals’.

Last day of term, Thursday 19th December, is own clothes day. Please be reminded that school closes at 2.30pm.
