School Uniform

School uniform is compulsory. School uniform should be affordable and comfortable for the children.

All uniform should be clearly marked with your child’s name. If your child does lose a sweatshirt, there is a lost property box placed outside the entrance to the playground by the Community Room.

The wearing of jewellery is not allowed. Stud earrings and watches may be worn, but are the responsibility of the child.

Children will need a school book bag, a water bottle and a bag for their PE kit.

Reception to year five

The uniform consists of:

  • grey/black trousers/grey/black skirts
  • bottle green sweatshirts/jumpers/cardigans with or without school logo
  • polo shirts, or t-shirts, which are yellow or white
  • yellow, or white striped/checked dresses

Gooddies will provide uniform with the school logo. It is not compulsory that children wear items of uniform with the school logo; there are cheaper alternatives.

Year six

  • grey/black trousers/grey/black skirts
  • bottle green sweatshirts/jumpers/cardigans with or without school logo
  • plain white shirts

  • yellow, green or white striped/checked dresses

Gooddies will provide uniform with the school logo. It is not compulsory that children wear items of uniform with the school logo; there are cheaper alternatives.

Please take a look at the photographs on this page; there are some alternative versions of uniform that parents choose, all of which are in line with our uniform policy,

Sweatshirts, polo shirts and book bags can be ordered using the shopping trolley link at the top of this page via gooddies.co.uk.

Footwear

All children should wear plain black shoes or play black trainers. Shoes should be suitable for the playground, allowing children to run and play safely. We do not expect children to wear high heels or platform shoes.

For lunchtime sports activities children are allowed to bring trainers to wear.

Sweatshirts and t-shirts should be clearly marked with your child's name.

PE Kit

We encourage all children to bring PE kit to school for all PE lessons. We expect parents to purchase the appropriate PE kit and provide suitable footwear for games activities.

Children should bring their PE kit on a Monday and take it home on a Friday.

For gymnastics, or yoga activities, children have bare feet.
