Year 6 Multi-Story Orchestra Performances
This event will take place between 3:00pm and 3:00pm on 14/09/2021 until 15/09/2021
Dear Parents and Carers,
The children in Year 6 have been working with musicians from The Multi-Story Orchestra. They have participated in a number of workshops and now have the opportunity to perform the song they have been rehearsing, ‘Our Future In Your Hands’ with the Multi-Story Orchestra.
The performance will take place on Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th September at Bold Tendencies Car Park Peckham, with the Multi-Story Orchestra and conductor Christopher Stark. The performance will start at 19:00 and will finish at 19:45.
Adults from the school will accompany the children in Year 6 to Bold Tendencies Car Park for 15:00 where they will warm up with the choir leader and rehearse the song with the full orchestra before the performance at 7pm. Your child will need to bring a ‘packed dinner’, water bottle and some snacks.
Collection Post Concert
An adult will need to collect children after the concert finishes, or you can give permission for your child to make their own way home from Bold Tendencies Car Park in Peckham.
Family Tickets
2 free tickets are available per family for each child performing. It has been a while since the children at Kender have had the opportunity to sing with the Multi-Story Orchestra, it is always a magical evening and we encourage as many parents and carers as possible to come and watch your child perform.
Further information will follow once I am able to confirm numbers. Please return the slip below as soon as possible but no later than Friday 10th September.
